Zugpferdli Birthday Party on the Familienberg with Andrew Bond
A family day out with the SOB, including travel to Sattel, a gondola ride and a concert
The gondola lift takes you up from the valley station to the family mountain in just a few minutes. This is where the Zugpferdli birthday party gets underway. On this special day, there’s a wide range of activities on offer for young and old alike, with various attractions. These include painting and puzzle stations, a storyteller, a balloon artist, glitter tattoos, a games station and much more. The day will round off at 3.00 pm with the Andrew Bond concert. Together with the Zugpferdli, Andrew Bond will take young and old alike on a musical journey – featuring popular songs such as ‘Suneschtraal tanz emaal’, ‘Glacé’ and ‘Wältreis’. Everyone is encouraged to sing along!

Right by the mountain station, a real paradise awaits children: on the Sattel-Hochstuckli, the 600-metre-long ‘Stuckli Run’ summer toboggan run, complete with tunnels and steep banked bends, offers pure thrills. On the 120-metre-long tubing run, all-round fun on colourful tubes is guaranteed. Right next to it, children can bounce to their heart’s content on the trampoline area and in the bouncy castles. Play, exercise and nature – this is where children’s hearts beat faster.
