Travel stress-free to the Leventina for a home match at Hockey Club Ambrì-Piotta (HCAP) and return home safely late into the night on the Treno Gottardo special service.
From this season onwards, you can tailor your hockey experience exactly to your preferences. Choose the option that suits you best. Whether it’s a simple special ticket for the journey, an unforgettable evening with friends in the ‘Curva Biancoblu’, or your own personalised special train season ticket. The special trains are operated in partnership with HCAP.
Our hockey offers:
Special train season ticket: book all 16 special train journeys to the home matches of the 2026/2027 hockey season at an attractive price and also enjoy a free hot drink from the on-board bistro. This offer is only available from Flüelen or for GA cardholders.
Special ticket for home matches: book a return journey on the Treno Gottardo from Zurich main station or from Flüelen at a flat rate.
Special ticket + home match ticket: you can now book a journey on the Treno Gottardo and a standing place in the ‘Curva Biancoblu’ for your chosen home match at a flat rate.
Information about the HC Ambrì-Piotta special train
Timetable
The special train runs every Friday and Saturday after home matches from Ambrì-Piotta to Zurich Main Station – stopping at all Treno Gottardo stations. The exception is Ticino derbies against HC Lugano, on which no special train is provided.
Special ticket
A special ticket is required for the special train. Passengers with a GA, GA Night, child’s travel pass or Junior Card pay only the supplement for the special train. For ice hockey fans travelling from Flüelen, there is a separate special ticket.
