The confectionery on Kronenstrasse offers regional specialities and houses a small museum on the history of sheep and gingerbread. Original baking utensils and machines from around 1900 are on display in the historic rooms.
The Benedictine Abbey of Einsiedeln
The guided tour provides an in-depth insight into the abbey, which is over 1,000 years old. Visitors can see the Baroque abbey church with the Chapel of Grace, the library and other historic rooms that are not otherwise open to the public.
