Highlights with the Prestige Continental Express
Pure nostalgia
The Prestige Continental Express was created out of a love for genuine beauty and elegance. The vehicles were used as dining cars and were completely rebuilt from 1999 and modeled on the style of the legendary Orient Express saloon cars.
Elegant dining cars
The Prestige Continental Express consists of the three saloon dining cars "Le Salon Bleu", "Le Rubis Noir", each equipped with 48 comfortable armchairs. The bar car "Le Diamant Bar" is equipped with 24 comfortable upholstered benches. Its Belle Époque style is reminiscent of the golden age of railroading.

The journey on the modern Treno Gottardo and Prestige Continental Express takes you along the Gotthard panoramic route. Don't miss the journey past spectacular bridges, the church at Wassen and through the historic helical tunnels.
