For the return trip from the finish line to Lucerne, the SOB will operate trains every 15 minutes between 1:00 p.m. and 3:30 p.m. on the route between Lucerne, Verkehrshaus, and Lucerne.

The unique atmosphere along the route with lots of clapping hands, cheers and live music make the run an unforgettable experience. Whether it's a 42-kilometer marathon, a 21-kilometer half marathon or a 10-kilometer CityRun: The route leads past world-famous Lucerne sights - and sometimes even through them.
Every year, 13,000 runners line up at the start in Lucerne and are cheered on by over 50,000 fans.
