Description
A body in Lake Walen. A second in the Linth Canal. What links them? At first glance, just one thing: both were murdered in cold blood. Between Lake Walen and Lake Zurich, you’ll follow a trail of old feuds, wounded pride, jealousy and bitter inheritance disputes. Behind well-kept façades, abysses open up and everyone seems to have something to hide. Once you’ve cracked the case, you’ll have earned a dip in the cool water.
How it works
Getting there and starting:
Your journey begins with a comfortable train ride to Unterterzen. Once you arrive, use your personal access code to unlock the crime trail on your smartphone.
Follow the clues along the crime trail:
From Unterterzen railway station, head to Marina Walensee, where you’ll begin your treasure hunt. Exciting puzzles, hidden clues and surprising twists await you along the route.
Solve the case and travel home in comfort:
If you’ve pieced together all the clues correctly, you’ll manage to solve the case and convict the culprit. The crime trail ends in Schmerikon. From there, you can take a leisurely train journey back home.
Tip: Along the route, you’ll find plenty of cafés and restaurants where you can stop for a short break. Make the most of this time to compare notes, discuss suspects and come up with new theories. If you’d like, you can combine the trip with a gentle walk along Lake Walen – suggestions for this will follow in Unterterzen.
