200 years of Louis Favre - Anniversary trip

The builder of the old Gotthard railroad tunnel, Louis Favre, was born 200 years ago. During the slow journey in historic rolling stock from Erstfeld to Bodio and back, there is plenty of background information from highly qualified specialists on the construction of the Gotthard Railway and Louis Favre.

Timetable: Erstfeld (09:53)-Bodio-Erstfeld (16:50). It is possible to get off at Göschenen to attend the inauguration of the memorial plaque.
