A summer highlight on Lake Zurich

From August 7 to 9, 2026, the lakeside promenade in Rapperswil-Jona will once again be transformed into an atmospheric festival site right on Lake Zurich. The Lake Night Festival is one of the most popular summer events in the region and offers a varied program for young and old alike.

Stages, shows and a diverse program

Three stages featuring regional and national acts, two spectacular fireworks displays, impressive aerobatic displays, an engaging children’s programme and a wide variety of culinary delights promise unforgettable experiences in the heart of the historic old town and right by the water.

The programme is complemented by a spectacular drone and light pre-show, acrobatic performances and a wide range of entertainment along the lakeside promenade. From the afternoon onwards, the site is transformed into a kilometre-long open-air entertainment zone featuring live music, DJs and stage acts for all ages. The highlight is the fireworks display set to music, lighting up the sky above Lake Constance.

Musical highlights include KUNZ, Veronica Fusaro, the successful electro duo twocolors, as well as leading DJs such as Chris Montana and live acts such as Lay Down Layla. Convenient arrival with the Südostbahn

Thanks to the ideal public transport connections, the Lake Night Festival is easy to get to on the Südostbahn. A festival for all the senses - safe, sustainable and unforgettable.

For the return journey after the Lakeside Night Festival, various special trains and buses will be running until 4 am. The Rapperswil-Jona city bus service runs every quarter of an hour on most routes. All services can be found in the online timetable.
