A festival all about nature

The "Green City Days" will take place in Rapperswil-Jona for the first time from May 7 to 10, 2026. This new festival is dedicated entirely to the themes of nature, sustainability and garden culture and aims to highlight the many green gems in our region. Several thousand visitors from the region and all over Switzerland are expected to attend the four-day festival.

Exciting lectures, markets and guided tours await

The "Green City Days" program includes specialist lectures, cultural events, markets and themed guided tours. An important component is the opportunity to discover special places that are normally not or only partially accessible to the public. These include monasteries, historic gardens and other spiritual or cultural sites. Whether it's a relaxed stroll, inspiring discussions or simply being amazed - the Green City Days invite you to rediscover Rapperswil-Jona.
