Castle brunch for late risers

The castle brunch is held every second Sunday during the winter months. The extensive buffet consists of regional specialities. Ribel from Schlegelhof, complemented by Grabs apple sauce, milk coffee, cheese (including ‘Suurà Chääs’) and an extensive meat and cheese platter, bread (including ‘Föölebrot’) and plaited bread, as well as pear bread, butter from the Grabs dairy and homemade jams, as well as fruit tarts with homemade quark dough.
