Wiriehorn Trail - Diemtigtal (signposted)

You can easily reach the starting point of the snowshoe route, the Wiriehorn mountain station, with the 6-seater chairlift of the Wiriehorn cable car. From here the path is marked, but you create the track yourself with your snowshoes. The cool winter air and the deeply snow-covered alpine meadows and forests convey inner peace and distance from the hectic everyday life. Throughout the ascent you have a stunning view of the Wiriehorn, the Niedersimmental, the Stockhorn and the Niesen chain.
