Winter walk Moosegg-Blasenfluh

A short but steep walk well worth the effort: From Moosegg follow the signposted "Alpenpanorama-Weg Nr. 3" towards Blasenfluh. Past the Gasthof Waldhäusern, the hiking trail branches off into the forest. The rather "bumpy" forest path runs in the middle of the coniferous forest along a ridge. Ridges, steep slopes and humus-poor ridges shape the landscape here. On reaching Blasenfluh, you enjoy a fantastic view over Langnau in the Emmental, sugar-coated forests and the Bernese Alps - just as the name of the trail promises. Blasenfluh is the highest point of the municipalities of Oberthal, Signau and Lauperswil and lies at 1,118 meters above sea level.
