Winter uphill trail to First W2

This trail starts in the center of Grindelwald and leads via the small village of Mühlebach on the winter hiking trail to Bort station. It continues on the winter hiking and sledding trail through the forest towards Berggasthaus Waldspitz, which entices with a beautiful sun terrace. Then some challenging elevation meters are tackled on the winter hiking path until you reach Berggasthaus First, where hunger and thirst can be satisfied. A highlight not to miss is the unique First Cliff Walk. The viewing platform, located under the mountain inn, extends 45 meters into nothingness and promises pure thrills. From First, return to Grindelwald by gondola or on foot.
