It is a very nice route that leads you through many shady forests - especially recommended in summer.

You pass the Napoleonturm. It is worth climbing because of its great view. The panoramic view is a delight in good weather and you can learn about the history of Thurgau on the informative panels attached all over the tower.

Once on top, you can overview your route before continuing through forests and fields to Schloss Arenenberg, with a fantastic view over the Untersee.
