Waldshut-Tiengen: Durch den Aargau (CH) und am Hochrhein entlang

This cycle tour leads through various villages and has several highlights to offer. At the start or after the end, you can discover the centre of Waldshut with its historical sites at your leisure. The large nuclear power plant near Bernau is hard to miss and a short detour to Leibstadt allows you to visit it directly. At Albbruck you will not only find the Auinsel in the Aubecken. Here you will also find the Kiesenbach rocks, a geological sculpture garden with dark water holes and deeply cut mini fjords, as well as mysterious stone crevices in the rock faces. The Klingnau reservoir also awaits you along the way, near Klingnau, and invites you to linger. The tour can be shortened at various points.
