Description
The hike starts from Einsiedeln in the direction of Alpthal past the Au monastery. After a leisurely, flat start, the trail leads uphill to the right in Alpthal to the Haggenegg mountain inn. After a tasty snack with a fantastic view, the trail descends from Haggenegg into the Schwyz valley basin.
