Description
The circular hike runs mostly on Trubner Boden. The village itself is known, among other things, from the successful Swiss film «Die Herbstzeitlosen». Ascending through forest and over meadows, you reach the ridge and shortly afterwards the Napf. At 1406 meters above sea level, it is considered the geographical center of Switzerland and lies between the Entlebuch and the Emmental. For a rest, the beautiful view and the Napf mountain hotel are recommended. The route continues below the Hängst past the alpine dairy Stächelegg and then further along the ridge to the Kampenknubel. Passing below the Rotegg and over the Chrüzbode, the circular hike concludes in Fankhaus.
