Tschierv - Lai da Chazforà - Alp Sadra - Fuldera

From the PostAuto stop Tschierv Biosfera, walk along the main road downhill, pass a tight S-curve and walk uphill to the right into the forest at Tschierv Platz. Alternatively, you can get off at Tschierv Orasom and walk uphill along the main road until you reach Tschierv Platz.

After about 1 hour you will reach Funauna Grossa where you see a beautifully situated hut. As the name suggests, this place is quite wet and marshy. With some luck, you can observe marmots, chamois, bearded vultures, and eagles. The hiking trail continues to the hut Era da la Bescha; the trees become fewer and allow a view of the opposite valley side. Next you reach Lai da Chazforà. Here you can do two optional summit climbs: to Piz Turettas (2h) or Piz Dora (2h 15). On the ascent or descent to Piz Turettas you can make a short detour to Piz Chazforà, which is at an altitude of 2783 m a.s.l.

On the way back to Fuldera, we choose the route via Alp Sadra at Lai da Chazforà. 

The hiking trail starts to Fuldera D’Aint on an alpine road almost up to Alp Sadra, where cows from Fuldera graze in the summer. Below Alp Sadra, the hiking trail leads uphill to the right,

Variations: It is also possible to climb Piz Turettas from Alp Sprella (Val Mora) – Valbella – Lai da Chazforà.
