Trailtrophy Lai Nair

The route features a varied landscape and different running surfaces. First, it goes along the roaring Inn on the "Parrot Path" with gorge character, up to the originally preserved hamlets of Tarasp with a view of the distinctive castle, and finally to the mountain lake Lai Nair, located on a plateau above Tarasp. To finish, a technical trail through the forest leads down to the former spa resort Vulpera.
