Trail on the sunny side No. 21

Beautiful trail that leads from Grindelwald village with a steep climb to Aellfluh. You are rewarded with a magnificent view of the valley. It continues to the mountain guesthouse Waldspitz, which tempts with a lovely sun terrace. From there, the route first leads to the famous Bachalpsee and then onward to the First. Those who want to end their training session here have several options to get back to the valley. At the cable car, you can rent "Mountain Carts" which promise a rapid descent to the middle station. There, the trottibike awaits for the last stretch down to the valley. For a more relaxed option, take the gondola. With 21.9 kilometers and 1625 meters of ascent, a beautiful route that is well suited from May to October. Note, there may still be snowfields in spring.
