Tracks in the snow

The hike from Wald via Langenegg to Rütegg and back via Brettwald offers views over the hills of the Appenzeller Vorderland, the Alpstein, the Vorarlberg Alps, and Lake Constance. And since most of the route is located above a thousand meters, fog is usually not an issue. It invites you to wonderful nature at the outer or inner Appenzell canton border for active recreation.
