Description
This magnificent loop hike takes place in the upper Formazza Valley, on the border with Switzerland, in a stunning alpine environment where nature, history and dairy tradition come together in a unique experience. The route winds through wide high-altitude meadows, man-made alpine lakes and wild glacial valleys, crossing the historic alpine pastures where the famous Bettelmatt cheese, the gastronomic excellence of the valley, is born.
