Description
From Gristenbühl, the southern village exit of Neukirch, the path leads past the schoolhouse to Kuglersgreut. Through intensively used low-stem fruit plantations and traditional high-stem orchards, it continues past the hamlets of Buberg and Brunnenhalde.
The Feilenbach is first crossed, then the path runs along its rich streamside vegetation. After crossing the Arbon-Meggenhus motorway feeder, you reach the Bühlhof restaurant and shortly afterward the harbor of Arbon on Lake Constance.
The lakeside town of Arbon, built on a Roman fortress, offers a rich cultural and gastronomic variety. A visit to the Historical Museum is especially recommended for history enthusiasts, and the Saurer Museum for vintage car and technology fans.
