Description

From the Arbon harbor, the route leads along the lake, past the swimming pool to the embankment north of the Seeparksaal. Between the railway line and the Seemoosriet nature reserve, it continues to the beach bath.

The hike never runs completely along the water because the shallow water zone is overgrown with reeds or was built over with residential houses in earlier times. At Wiedenhorn, the beach bath can be used in summer. It is also recommended to stop at the new Seehuus there.

It continues along the railway track; after the Egnach station, the Wilerbach is crossed. Following the tracks again, one soon passes the mighty shipyard hall, where the passenger ships of the Swiss Lake Constance Shipping are maintained. Finally, you are guided along the boat harbor to the ferry dock and to the Romanshorn station.
