Thurgau circular hiking route (Nussbaumen – Kartause Ittingen)

From Nussbaumen, the circular hiking route goes down into the Seebach valley to Lake Nussbaumen and along the northern shore to Uerschhausen. Then it first follows the forest edge and then a short stretch through the forest to Trüttlikon.

On the high-altitude hiking trail over the vineyards, you reach Iselisberg and further through the cool, botanically rich forest to Kartause Ittingen. Today, the Ittinger Museum, offering insights into the life of monks, the Thurgau Art Museum, and a concert hall where the Sunday and Ittingen Pentecost concerts take place, can be found here.
