Through Val Mora into Val Müstair

Mountain giants and streams characterize this tour from the Ofenpass into the Val Müstair. From the pass height, go up on the southeast side of the mountain Il Jalet to the saddle. Soon the view opens down to the Ofenpass road. Quiet, almost meditative, it continues over pastures, accompanied only by cowbells, up to Alp Mora. Below the mountain giants and over or beside the stream, the wide gravel path winds through the wide valley. The Val Mora was protected in 1979 (landscape protection zone). From Döss Radond, the roar of the Aua da Vau accompanies the hiker down into the Münstertal. In the valley lies Sta. Maria on the right-hand side with its picturesque houses and village squares.
