The one with the lake view

This easy route starts in the village of Rehetobel. The path leads on a gently ascending natural trail to the highest point of Rehetobel; the Kaienspitz.

At about 1,100 meters above sea level, you can enjoy a wonderful view over the whole Appenzellerland, Lake Constance, and up to Säntis. From here it goes comfortably downhill for the last section to Heiden.
