Description
They exist, the natural beauties in and around Bad Zurzach. Some are obvious and catch the eye: like the river landscape of the Rhine with its floodplains. Others need to be discovered, listened to, or observed: a kingfisher or beaver tracks on the Rhine, swiftlets at the Zollhaus, or spawn clumps in the wet biotopes of Bad Zurzach.
Valuable small structures have great significance for the survival of biodiversity. Many such small-scale landscape elements have also been created by human hands here: the planted hedge at the cemetery, new tall-stem fruit trees on the vineyard slope, and the renatured "Inner Stream."
But that is not all! Nature conservation should not be the concern of a few idealists – nature conservation concerns us all. We invite you to a relaxing and educational NATURE EXPERIENCE PATH through Bad Zurzach.
