Snowshoe trail 899: Forester Trail, Seelisberg

The snowshoe forester trail from Seelisberg starts at the pilgrimage chapel Maria Sonnenberg and leads 8 kilometers and over 200 meters in altitude in about 2 1/2 hours through a uniquely beautiful natural landscape from viewpoint to viewpoint over the entire Oberwald and back to the starting point.

Numerous wooden boards provide information about the importance of the forest for protection, as an energy reserve, or as the largest recreational center in the world.
