Schaffhausen - Rhine Falls - Zurzach - Waldshut

If you have time, maybe start with a visit to the old town of Schaffhausen. Then a visit to the Rhine Falls is of course a must, and maybe you take a boat to Rheinfelsen in the middle of the river? Next, it goes to the picturesque Klettgau and from there back to the Rhine at Bad Zurzach. We mainly choose natural paths along the Rhine. If you prefer to ride on cycle paths, you can adjust the route yourself here. In any case, we recommend the ride through the floodplain area "Chly Rhy Rietheim" with many viewing and observation platforms. From Bad Zurzach onwards, there are also many barbecue and rest areas inviting you to linger. In Koblenz, we cross back into Germany and are soon back in Waldshut. After the last short but steep ascent from the Rhine into the center of Waldshut, you are rewarded with the beautiful old town.
