Description
The route starts in San Bernardino and first leads on an easy winter hiking trail to the pass road. After that, it steadily goes uphill, sometimes on the pass road and sometimes parallel to it. There are several ways to hike up to the pass height. The simpler option is via the pass road. Best to follow the GPS track or the pink markings.
