Saanen - Les Rodomonts (1878 m above sea level)

The route starts in the village of Saanen and leads via Unterbort into the Grischbach valley. The tour continues through the forest and along the road, which is not passable in winter, passing Pont de la Scie and Recardets to Sassalas d'en Bas. There you leave the road heading west and the actual ascent begins. During the ascent you pass several alpine huts up to the summit at 1878 m above sea level.

The descent leads either along the ascent track or southwest via Pra Borni, Le Leyti, and Grans Plans down to Rougemont.
