S8 Rüwlispass Trail: St. Stephan - Rüwlispass - Turbach

The unmarked snowshoe trail starts at St. Stephan station. The first part runs west along the cleared road via Fangli and Dürr to Eggetli. Shortly afterwards, there is a section over open land before continuing on the uncleared road via Vorderi Bire and Underem Mulcheweg further to Pflanzhüttebode. Shortly afterwards, you reach the highest point of the trail, the Rüwlispass. Here you can lean back, relax, and enjoy the beautiful panoramic view. Then it continues over the lower Zwitzeregg. In this area, the trail mostly follows the summer hiking path down to Turbach.

Of course, it is also possible to start in Turbach (Rotengraben) and hike up to the Rüwlispass from that side. Afterwards, you can comfortably walk down to St. Stephan.
