Route Wasserfallen – Wasserfallen

Pasture land with mighty fir trees, brightly shimmering limestone rocks and a view all the way to France: At Wasserfallen you can fully enjoy the typical Jura landscape. The area on the border of the cantons of Solothurn and Basel-Landschaft offers a versatile network of hiking trails. Much variety is offered by the circular hike from Wasserfallen towards Passwang. The route partly runs over ridges and through rocky passages, which requires surefootedness. In wet weather, you should refrain from hiking as the rock slabs can become very slippery.
