Round route to the Kleine Lobhorn

Description
In Sulwald, the wider path initially leads through the forest and soon along the mountain stream Suls to the Sulsalp, one of the highest alpines in the canton of Bern. From here, one path leads past the Lobhornhütte and another along the shore of the Sulsseewli. The two paths cross again later. At an altitude of 2040m, turn left onto the hiking trail up to Schärihubel. The panorama grows step by step. At 2200m, leave the trail to the right and walk about 70 vertical meters off-trail toward the ridge. There, trail markings appear again, leading to the first summit Höji Sulegg. Here you first enjoy the breathtaking view.
Next follows the exciting ridge up to below the small Lobhorn. This is best climbed northwest over the grass ridge. The descent is the same; good trail markings are visible here; to the south, you bypass the large Lobhörner. The path then leads past the upper Alp Sousegg to the lower Alp Suls and back via the same route to Sulwald mountain station.
The route on partly unmarked paths requires some orientation skills in terrain. Along the way, you will also encounter paragliders and climbers, as the towering Lobhörner are a well-known climbing paradise.
