Rikon – Isikon – Rikon: “Isikerberg”

Right at the beginning, you tackle the climb so that you have reached the first height and then only have to expect occasional slight ascents. First, you reach the farming hamlet of Neschwil. Shortly before Weisslingen in Lendikon, turn left, where you reach Russikon through the bright, friendly forest. A break at Ehriker Beck quickly makes you forget the first hardships. On the Höhenstrasse to Humbel, Wallikon up to Isikon, you enjoy a wonderful view over the Zurich Oberland. In Isikon, you leave the road again and the slightly ascending path leads through the forest to Ravensbüel. Some marvel at the tree trunks on the side of the path, which have grown horizontally out of the edge. You leave the villages of Hermatswil and Schalchen behind on your left. In Luegeten, you reach the highest point of the route (762 m above sea level). Light and airy, you rush over Wildberg back to Rikon.
