Planet path North Kreuzlingen

The hike starts at the sun and leads to the distant Pluto. The entire solar system is scaled down by one billion – so each step corresponds to roughly twice the distance between Earth and Moon. Anyone walking at a leisurely pace is thus figuratively moving at three to four times the speed of light.

The starting point is the Lake Constance Planetarium and Observatory in Kreuzlingen. Visitors can expect exciting shows there, which are also especially aimed at children and families.
