Description
You start at the Tenna church and follow the Walserweg towards Tenner Alp. The path winds through lush meadows above Tenna to the upper huts. Here the path separates from the Tenner Alp path and leads south into the Tälli. One last magnificent view of Tenna and you enter another world. The path becomes narrow and the terrain very steep, no sign of civilization until the Tällihütte (alpine hut, no overnight stay or catering possible), where the landscape opens up again. After crossing the Tällibach stream, it goes steeply uphill for about one hour to the Schneeböda and then the last section over a high plateau towards the south to the highest point. The summit is hardly recognizable as such, quite unlike the Bösen Fess, which towers immediately next to it and seems unconquerable. We limit ourselves to the normal summit, as the “Böse” deserves its name. The descent takes place on the same route.
