Panoramic views over lake, valley floor, and mountains

The Gäbrisseeli with a rest area and fire pit is a nice place to stay. Those seeking peace can escape the hustle and bustle on a bench at the other end of the little lake. This moor lake exists thanks to a farmer who once lived nearby: he dammed the area and planted the shore with a variety of trees, shrubs, and flowers. The Schwäbrig is also a beautiful spot. The holiday home, which has been owned by the Zurich Student Holidays Foundation since 1884 and is still used for class camps, shows that it is a wonderful place to spend free time. And finally, there is Sommersberg, which faces south and is therefore especially sun-drenched. The inn of the same name invites you in with drinks and simple dishes.
