Panorama hike via Hauenstein to Erlinsbach

Arrival is by train and bus from Aarau via Olten to the Löwen bus stop in Hauenstein. Here the hike starts on the Jura ridge trail with magnificent views and wonderful rest areas. There are repeatedly branches to viewpoints at one of the many rock outcrops showing the Jura at its most beautiful side.

At Schafmatt, on Sundays and public holidays, a good break can be taken at the eponymous nature friends' house. At the end of the tour, the Landgasthof Hirschen offers a final drink or a fine meal.
