On the planet trail from Aarau to Safenwil

From the old town, it goes southwest towards the city outskirts, where at the mighty Echo Linden, the educational trail begins and the inner planets follow at short intervals. Rest areas are connected along the entire route by ponds in the Kölliker Grossmoos.

As a reference to a last outpost in the solar system, the tiny dwarf planet Pluto is depicted about 6 km after the sun model. The route is further signposted to Safenwil train station and can be continued to Zofingen or to the Engelberg viewpoint.
