Nahtour 8 St. Gallen - Pond Hiking

The history is reflected in the city ponds. They are habitats for many plants and animals as well as recreational areas for the people of St. Gallen. The hike leads from the Mühleggweier along the bathing ponds at Dreilinden through the Kapfwald to the Wenigerweier. It continues through the Weihertal to the former Rütiweier reservoir, past the Bädli to the Brandweier, which previously supplied water for the operation of the Mühleggbahn.
