Description
The approximately six-hour hike leads through an impressive mountain natural landscape of national importance in the UNESCO World Natural Heritage Tectonic Arena Sardona. Crystal-clear mountain lakes, geological phenomena, wild debris slopes, sparse alpine flora, lowland and raised bogs, rare Swiss pine forest, and interesting cultural history line the path around the Mürtschenstock. The hike takes place on mountain paths and requires a moderate level of fitness.
