Mountain View Trail

The route starts in Lauterbrunnen. The paved road gently climbs to Stechelberg. The steep climb to Gimmelwald is done by cable car.

The ride through the picturesque Mürren is very relaxing. After the village, the ascent begins via Mittelberg and Oberberg on the alpine road. From point 1880, the fun trail begins. The surface on the mountain path is very varied. Stone and dust alternate continuously.

The next climb starts at an altitude of 1767 m above sea level. Most will probably have to push until Marchegg. The downhill fun continues over the Läger to Chüebodmi. The first few meters are difficult to ride because of the steps. After that, the trail becomes gentler and smoother. Shortly after crossing the Sous stream comes the next challenge. The tight curves on loose ground are technically difficult to ride. After the last short climb near Chüebodmi, the descent begins over wider and technically easier paths back to Lauterbrunnen.
