Marmorera - Alp Flix - Rona

From Marmorera Pardela, follow the path northwards. Through a picturesque larch forest, you cross the slope high above Lake Marmorera, where you can occasionally catch a brief view of the ruins of Marmels. After the moorland area, you reach the disused iron ore mining area Gruba and, after a short ascent, arrive at Salategnas, the first settlement on the high plateau of the impressive Alp Flix. The alp is very beautiful and peacefully situated. It offers a magnificent view of Piz Platta. A paradise to let your soul unwind. The hike continues over Cuorts to the "Lais Blos" (blue lakes), and further through open forest to Plang da Crousch, one of the most beautiful viewpoints in the valley. Following the descending Veia Surmirana, you pass several alpine farms. The hiking trail passes by the Lais Blos towards Alp digl Plaz and then on to Rona - Tinizong or to Savognin.

The hiking trail is a section of the Via Sett.
