Description
From Klosters, head towards Selfranga on hiking route 30. Just at Selfranga, the path starts to climb steeply towards Pischahorn. The climb is long, but the view is priceless.
The Hohliecht is the first rise with beautiful views towards Austria, Klosters, and Davos. After a short descent down to Innersäss at 1993 meters, continue on the last climb towards Pischahorn. Don’t miss turning left at 2559 to tackle the last 300 meters in altitude towards the summit.
Now it is here, the Pischahorn, one of the probably least climbed hiking mountains of Davos. On the descent over the Pischagrat, you can wonderfully enjoy the great view.
At the Pischa mountain station (the cable car is closed in summer), take the left turn towards Tschuggen and deep into the Flüelatal. A post bus runs there to the south, and time can be bridged with a piece of cake and coffee at the Tschuggen restaurant.
Option 1: Instead of walking to Tschuggen, you can also start the descent directly along the Pischa cable car. Less technical and fewer beautiful views, but definitely somewhat shorter.
Option 2: Extension possible with return from Tschuggen to Davos Dorf via the beautiful single trail along the Flüelabach. Distance 7km and 450m descent.
