It starts at Prau la Selva Flims and leads through the idyllic forest over Mutta Sura down into the enchanting Rhine Gorge, the so-called Swiss Canyon. Along the Rhine, the running route leads to Trin and through the village of Trin Digg. The team change takes place there.
