Jschalp - Clavadel

For the hike you take the Jakobshorn cable car to the middle station Jschalp. The hike is also ideal for families!

From the middle station Jschalp you first hike a short distance on a wide path under the Jakobshorn gondola, before this becomes a narrow hiking trail.The path then leads through a beautiful forest, going up and down a bit at a time. But it never gets steep. In the forest, there's a good chance you'll run into some squirrels. At the larger clearings in the forest, marmots are also always sunbathing. At the end of the forest the path widens again and after a short while you will see the valley station of the chairlift Clavadeler Bubble. On the way in the forest you will also find a barbecue place for a break. We recommend you to make a short detour to the cheese dairy Clavadel with restaurant (approx. 5 minutes on foot). Just follow the signs.Then continue on a forest road in the direction of Clavadel. At the end of the forest you can already see the Höhenklinik.Just below the clinic is the bus stop, where you can comfortably take the post bus back to Davos.
