Into the innermost Bisistal

The starting point is the valley station of the air cableway Sali - Glattalp. Initially, the path runs along the natural road towards Ruosalp. At the bridge over the Gwalpetenbach, the marked path leaves the road southwards and reaches the flat alpine pasture of Gwalpeten via a steep slope. Cross this to reach the steep “Chälä” (couloir) of the Bockalpeli in the eastward adjacent slopes. You leave the pasture area and climb up into the bizarre karst formations washed out by water.
