Homad Trail (marked)

The snowshoe tour to the Hohmad starts from the mountain station of the Wiriehornbahnen at Nüegg, which you can easily reach by chairlift. From here the circular trail first follows a short section of the sledding trail, then the ascent to the Hohmad begins. Once at the top, it is worth taking an extended break, if only for the panoramic view, before returning to the starting point.
